They have a bookstore that has pretty much what ever you need in your entire life in one room. They give you a card that gets you into lunch and into buildings and they also give you 6 dollars on it every week (8 for Hermanas) which is how I got stamps/letters.
My district is pretty awesome! Although the elders are pretty strange in my district, they are hilarious. Theres this one kid that is extremely strange pero he is probably one of the top 5 funniest people ive ever met. His name is Elder Covington and he has an extreme foot fetish.
That's another thing that I've learned, teaching by the spirit is much more important
then teaching by the language. When you are teaching with the spirit the language comes with it, but if you try using/planning the language first. It doesn't work. While we were teaching our last lesson I felt the spirit so strong and talked like the whole lesson in spanish. Even with me feeling the spirit so much thought I have learned that having a companion is so important! I was doing fine in the lesson but I kind of forgot exactly what I was going to say. To my surprise Elder Peterson pipped right up and finished the thought I was trying to say and he said it in perfect spanish. It was awesome! Things are going really well and I really am loving it here! Time is flying by, it feels like I wake up and then go to sleep and start again, except for the spirit is constantly with me. :) It's spectacular! Love you all and thanks for praying, I can feel it everyday!
